Description
Delicate, translucent white and yellow wings perfectly compliment the bright white and yellow of the Golden Shrimp Plant. The White Peacock butterfly is a fast-flying insect which can be found pollinating plants near streams and ponds. This gorgeous insect thrives from the southern United States all the way down to Argentina.
The yellow Lollipop Plant or Golden Shrimp Plant attracts many beautiful butterflies. This tropical plant grows showy, brightly colored bracts allowing the small white flowers to peek out between. The Lollipop plants are native to Peru but they have become popular garden plants in Europe and the United States.
A butterfly with intricately patterned wings rests atop a vibrant yellow flower with white blossoms beneath it. The background is dark, highlighting the detailed wing scales and body of the butterfly in sharp contrast.
