Description

I remember appreciating seeing long stretches of these flowers along the Los Angeles freeways when I was a child. It's a particularly durable and tolerant plant which originated in South Africa. Extremely adaptable, delosperma species grow at sea level and on mountain outcrops. They inspire me with their brilliant blooms and their ability to thrive in conditions others could never tolerate.
